About me

I am a sixty-something IT manager by day, and a fantasy writer whenever the muse jumps in my lap and plants a big, wet one on me. In my writing, I attempt to use fantasy to explore the weirdest thing I’ve ever found, human beings, even if some of my humans have green skin or wings. I play with ideas and people, trying to entice the two to come together in unexpected ways. Over the years, I’ve written many short stories and had a few published. I’ve also written four novels. I am proud to be a Christian, despite my personal inability to dodge sin any better than imperial storm troopers aim and fire.

Now, I find myself at a breakwater on my writing journey. In 2023, I decided I wanted to be a short story writer rather than a novelist. I also wanted to release my short stories on their own. I tried turning many of them into YouTube videos, and I would label that effort as successful finding a way that didn’t work, at least for me. So now, I’m gathering them into collections and selling them as standalone books. As I move closer to this, there will be more content available here, both short stories and the tale of my meandering path through the writing world.

Bless you,

Andy
